Clearly, the design theme went to town with this upgraded version of their hit game. Visually, it’s close to perfection. This is a stark contrast to their previous follow-up game, Shaman Spirit, which disappeared down the memory hole more or less immediately after it was released. It’s nice to see that Eyecon has learned from that mistake, and they have not taken any real risk with this release.

The bonus round comes with 25 free spins now, instead of just 15, which is hard to complain about. The Instant Prize feature can land you wins up to 20x, but that’s really it when it comes to any real changes. We would perhaps have hoped for a bit more, but fans of the original game will have very little reason to not play this upgraded sequel game instead.

The Native American Shaman can give you an instant prize in this game. This happens when you land a golden framed symbol on reels 1 and 5 on the same base game spin. The shaman will then manifest a spirit animal, and you win a cash prize of either 2x, 3x, 4x, 8x or 20x your stake. Any symbol can have a golden frame, and the symbols on reels 1 and 5 do not need to match.

The wolf with the full moon in the background is the wild symbol in Shaman’s Dream 2 slot. It will step in for all regular symbols to help you form winning combos, and when part of a winning combo you will also benefit from a 2x multiplier. The wolf wild is also the highest paying symbol in the game by far, and 5 on a payline equals 380x your stake in winnings.

You will get 25 free spins when you land at least 3 Dream Catcher scatters anywhere on the reels. You will benefit from a 3x multiplier on all wins in the bonus round, and the feature can be retriggered up to 15 times. There is also an initial scatter win before the feature plays out, and 5 scatters will give you a 12x win.
